This explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Family Financial Planning, run by Richard Cassidy, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us on 07447 341 238 or through the contact form.
When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you enter. If you phone us, we note what you tell us so we can help you. We don't ask for financial account details through this website.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the service you ask for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a reply. We don't send marketing emails or share your details for marketing.
Messages sent through the form pass through our website's form-handling service, which emails them to us and may store a backup copy in a spreadsheet. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
This website doesn't use cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, we'll update this page.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
